I am a Consultant and Trainer specializing in Microsoft 365, with a professional background that combines systems administration, technical support, and training.
Throughout my career, I have worked both on the technical side and directly with the people who use the technology. This experience allows me to understand teams' needs, propose solutions, and help them make better use of their work tools.
Currently, my work focuses on Microsoft 365, training, automation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence.
My experience
My professional journey began in technical support and systems administration, working with infrastructure, users, and IT services in international environments.
Over time, I expanded my experience into Microsoft 365, digital collaboration, and training, participating in technology adoption projects and helping teams incorporate new tools into their daily work.
This combination of technical experience and training allows me to approach projects from two perspectives: how the technology works and how people use it.
